During which hours will my assistant be available?

Your assistant will be available during a fixed set of daily hours agreed upon at the start. Many clients schedule these hours to mirror their own workday to ensure quick communication. If your assistant is temporarily unavailable due to illness or other circumstances, a backup assistant will be provided.

Can I roll my hours over to the next billing period?

Your dedicated assistant will be available during the agreed upon hours every working day, so no extra hours are accrued. If you need additional hours on a one-off basis, contact us and we'll make it happen.
