During which hours will my assistant be available?

Your assistant will be available during a fixed set of daily hours agreed upon at the start. Many clients schedule these hours to mirror their own workday to ensure quick communication. If your assistant is temporarily unavailable due to illness or other circumstances, a backup assistant will be provided.

Is my information safe?

No credit card information is stored on our servers, we use PCI DSS Compliant partners such as Stripe or Braintree to process payments. A comprehensive background check is performed on all assistants who all sign a non-disclosure agreement.

 Is the subscription really month-to-month?

Yes! Our flexible month-to-month program delivers the stability of a dedicated assistant along with the flexibility you need to grow your business.

Can I roll my hours over to the next billing period?

Your dedicated assistant will be available during the agreed upon hours every working day, so no extra hours are accrued. If you need additional hours on a one-off basis, contact us and we'll make it happen.
