Our approach arose from founder Alex Brutin's need to offload administrative responsibilities without losing focus on his business. By leveraging connections in the Philippines, Alex discovered a pool of competent, business-savvy professionals eager to partner with companies overseas. The costs were low, the talent was experienced, and a new business was born.

As Y|R|A grew we discovered a key to successful assistant-client relationships: long-term partnerships. Dedicated virtual workers learn more about how a business works and can provide a better administrative experience, eliminating repetitive training tasks and building a level of trust temporary assistants just can't match.

Y|R|A founder and CEO with over 15 years of start-up experience in the Silicon Valley Bay Area, including a number of successful exits. Alex earned an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and has worked with top-tier companies such as Google and PayPal.

 

 

Monette Brutin, VP of Operations/GM
