Our approach arose from founder Alex Brutin's need to offload administrative responsibilities without losing focus on his business. By leveraging connections in the Philippines, Alex discovered a pool of competent, business-savvy professionals eager to partner with companies overseas. The costs were low, the talent was experienced, and a new business was born.

As Y|R|A grew we discovered a key to successful assistant-client relationships: long-term partnerships. Y|R|A founder and CEO with over 15 years of start-up experience in the Silicon Valley Bay Area, including a number of successful exits. Alex earned an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and has worked with top-tier companies such as Google and PayPal.

 

 

Monette Brutin, VP of Operations/GM

Y|R|A co-founder with an extensive background in consulting and software engineering. Monette holds a BS in Computer Science from De La Salle University and has worked at Accenture, IBM Global Services, and Charles Schwab.

 

 

Haidee Geter, VP Of Finance

Haidee has more than 20 years of private financial accounting and administrative experience focusing on cash management, asset accounting, payroll, and financial analysis. Haidee is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BS in Accountancy from the University of Santo Tomas.

 

 

Rochelle Alejo, Operations Manager
